Software Solutions Sales Representative

We are looking looking for suitable candidate to create new business opportunities for our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings.

Key Activities

• Build and execute a prospecting pursuit plan.

• Cold call, email, and follow up on a daily/weekly basis.

• Develop net new pipeline by securing net new meetings.

• Gain knowledge about our SaaS solutions and related professional services.

• Engage with key vendors and partners and help organize webinars and customer events.

• Execute first client meetings that lead to second meetings.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing plan.

• Create and present proposals and quotes to customers and prospects.

• Plan and coordinate solution demonstrations to customers and prospects. Our technical team will provide the actual on-site or web-based demonstrations.

• Coordinate and respond to Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, Request for Information.

• Attend product sales training (In-Class or On-Line) as required.

• Participate in Company’s activities and other duties as appropriate.

• Adhere to Company’s policies and operational procedures.

Technical Consultant

We are looking for suitable candidate to join our Professional Services organization.

Key Activities

• Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to create and maintain effective customer relationships and insure customer satisfaction.

• Provide technical support and leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions.

• Maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge.

• Contribute to the company’s profitability by generating and cultivating new business opportunities

• Attend product technical training classes (In-Class or On-Line) as required.

• Participate in Company’s activities and other duties as appropriate.

• Adhere to Company’s policies and operational procedures.

Skills, Knowledge, Attitude

• Self-starter, self-disciplined and well organized.

• Effective communicator (verbal and written) in English (knowing French would be a great asset.)

• Have at least three (3) years’ experience in Information Technology field as power user or administrator of:

  • Windows server OS

  • Linux OS (Red Hat, Oracle Unix, Fedora, CentOS)

  • Apache HTTP and Tomcat

• Written at least 2000 lines of code in any of the following scripting languages

  • Java script

  • Power Shell

  • Python

  • Unix Shell

• Basic understanding of TCP/IP network

• Basic understanding of Windows domain and active directory services

• Knowledge SQL

• Knowledge of cloud, containerization, docker and kubernetes is a plus

• Good understanding of Software-as-a-Service business model.
